Return Policy Overview
- Return Window: You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to request a return.
- Item Condition: To qualify, items must be unworn, in their original state, and returned together with all original packaging.
- Simple Process: Sending an item back is easy, and our customer support team will support you at every step along the way.
Who Covers Return Shipping
- Faulty, Damaged, or Wrong Items: Fully covered by us. If your bag arrives damaged, turns out to be defective, or isn't the item you ordered, Vendutto will take care of the return shipping costs.
- Change of Mind: When a return comes down to personal preference, the return shipping cost falls to the customer. This includes situations where the wrong item was ordered, the bag doesn't suit your needs, or you've simply changed your mind. Please note that original shipping fees cannot be refunded.
Steps to Return Your Item
- Reach Out: Email our team at info@vendutto.com and include your order number along with the reason you'd like to return your item.
- Repack Securely: Place the item back in its original packaging, making sure any accessories, tags, and documents are included.
- Send It Back: Drop your parcel off at your nearest carrier point, following the directions provided in your return authorisation email.
How Refunds Work
- Review: As soon as your return reaches us, we'll check the item to confirm it meets the conditions outlined above.
- Reimbursement: Once approved, your refund will be issued. Please allow up to 14 business days for the amount to show on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Items We Cannot Accept
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. Any such products will be clearly identified as non-returnable within the product description.
